The weekend before last, GWIMG_2442_cropAVACon took place in Duesseldorf – it has been an exciting event and we would like to thank all the participants that made this conference such a lively event.

As always, we were happy to meet old friends from Novell, the TTP community, GWAVA, Open Horizons, Inetra, SKyPRO, Bundle Commander, SEP, NDS8, ST-Four, and many others, and discuss new products, best practices and the latest news. But there were also new faces we got to know.

We held a booked out hands-on lab on Project Management with Vibe and we hope for all the participants that you got new insights into the possibilities provided by Vibe and ShareOnVibe there. Our Roundtable on Vibe use cases was an interesting exchange of ideas between partners and customers. We hope you enjoyed our sessions, too, so feel free to send feedback and let us know if there is anything we can improve on.

IMG_2469_cropOf course, our distributor inetra de was present at GWAVACon, as usual. ShareOnVibe got premium placement and was represented by inetra de staff with the accustomed high level of compentence. Also, the “flyer-flyers” went down well, and made ShareOnVibe “flying news” again.

IMG_2457_cropWe were especially excited to present the prototype of a new product we are currently developing in collaboration with our partner SKyPRO. It allows sending SMS messages and faxes directly out of Vibe! We got a lot of positive feedback and also some potential pilot customers. So stay tuned, it’s gonna be awesome! And if you can’t wait – here‘s the sneak preview …

IMG_2492_cropBy the way: the deckchairs were actually supposed to be the prizes of the lottery we used to showcase the prototype functions of SMS4Vibe – but they mainly served as a chill-out area, e.g. for GWAVA-Man (left), Roel van Bueren from Bundle Commander (middle) and Christian Karch from SKyPRO (right) !

And finally, some more good news : the severity and number of sports related injuries went way down compared to last year! (Those who have been to GWAVACon 2012 will understand …)

It was nice seeing you all!
