Another week, another Filr Day!
Our Filr 1.1 Countdown is starting to enter it’s hot phase – and each day we’re more and more looking forward to the new version of Novell Filr, with it’s host of new, long awaited features.
One of these features will be another option for granting people access to files stored in Filr. It is now extremely easy to create a file link (i.e. a direct link to a file in Novell Filr) on all available clients – web, mobile, desktop – and distribute it to your contacts. Using this exact link, they can access this file directly, without having to log in. This adds a much requested feature that you may know from other file services and document management systems.
